I know many of you have heard me recommend meditation for 10-15 minutes daily. For many people, daily meditation can improve sleep, reduce stress and maybe even improve focus and attention. Now it looks like there is a heart health benefit. I came across this article on Healthline and then headed over to the Journal of the American Heart Association. Still mostly small studies but, I want to reduce my Carotid Intima-Medial Thickness (correlation with atherosclerosis risk!) Perfect timing, I recentlly upgraded my Calm app on my phone. The last link is an update on Calm app's valuation. Way to go - combining technology and health!
